Reiki Healing
Reiki is the Japanese word meaning ‘universal life energy’ and is an ancient method of natural healing. This healing energy treatment is a very personal and holistic experience. Reiki healing energy is channelled through the hands and into the client which activates the body’s own ability to heal itself.

Sound Baths
A Sound Bath has many benefits including reducing stress, promoting a sense of relaxation and well-being.
A sound bath is a meditation and relaxation session that uses gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls and other instruments. The sonic vibrations from the instruments bring about a sense of peace and wellbeing and may help to release emotional and energy blockages to stimulate deep healing at a cellular level.

Meet the Team
Julia
I believe that life is a journey full of trials, lessons and learning. Some of us learn from our challenges and others, like myself, learn from making mistakes and with help from a few special people along the way. Many of the special people work with holistic therapies, and that is how I began to be healed, and in turn, to learn to heal and support others.
I have been practising holistic therapies for over fifteen years and I love my work. I became a Reiki Master in 2017 which is a great honour and a gift I wish to share. I can support you to become more relaxed, fulfilled and at ease in your life.

Roger
I qualified as a Swedish masseur in 2004 and have been practising professionally since then. I attained Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and a Level 3 Certificate in Swedish Massage. I am a Member of International Institute of Health and Healing Therapies.
